Having discussed your initial requirements and signed to the annual agreement, the full range of services available open up to you, of which included in this are:
- 24 / 7 navigation support and advice.
- Initial assistance and advice with respect to passage planning.
- An annual audit of your charts at the vessel at a time to suit you.
- Crew training in the use of the automated corrections update software.
- Corrections to your non-operational folios before being returned to you.*
- All off boat storage of non-operational folios (within fully insured premises).
- An inclusive initial visit to the yacht** by one of our representatives to catalogue the chart outfit or in the case of a new build / initial supply, to discuss the requirement with the Captain and / or Project Manager.
- Unique user login to the Da Gama website client area for access to many additional services including, an on-line catalogue, order history and tracking and specific navigation advice and consultancy.
