Calling all professional crew

While Da Gama are not a crew agency as such, due to our close involvement with management companies and new Superyachts, we have started to build a database of CV's and Bio's of Superyacht Captains. 

As a result of this, several have been sent to requesting parties and resulted in further negotiations with the hope of generating future employment.

   Yacht Crew

Unlike a crew agency, we do not charge for this service in the event of successful employment following referral from us, but operate as another means of promoting you as a person for the skills you have developed.  Therefore if you are a Superyacht Captain or member of any other department of crew we would be happy to receive your CV to add to our collection.

At the same time, if you're looking for a new Superyacht Captain or member of crew then please get in touch and we'll be delighted to forward those personnel we have on our database.  We must stipulate we don't always know each individual well and are thus only acting as a medium to forward the information and can take no responsibility for the content and accuracy of their CV.  We do however welcome feedback from anyone taking these CV's to give us a view from the front line and to generate more effective and professional working relationships.
