Why Da Gama?

As the Captain of a merchant ship, a great deal of responsibility rests on your shoulders.  Working alongside you, we relieve much of the stress by providing support in a number of areas including the supply of navigational stores, advice and guidance.

Specialist Advisers

Da Gama is a company formed by Master Mariners to assist Master Mariners and all professional sea farers upon the high seas.  Our representatives have each accrued over 21 years sea service rising from junior officers to Command ships of over 200m and 1000 crew.

Expertise

Our prime experience is in navigation and the deck, however we're continually expanding our workforce with representatives now in engineering, fire safety training, ISM Audits and chart outfit inspections.

As members of key organisations including the Nautical Institute, Royal Institute of Navigation, Honourable Company of Master Mariners and British Maritime Foundation, our ethos is to promote and enhance the safety of those who work at sea
